JVGrow is led by two coaches who got tired of watching good people do great work in isolation. We built the room we wanted to be in: curious, generous, and honest about what is really working.
What we believe
We believe in the power of collaboration. A great JV partnership is a win for the clients first, and for the partners second. When we deliver real value to your clients by sharing someone else’s work, we let those clients choose what is genuinely best for them.
And when coaches and consultants work together instead of in isolation, we elevate the whole profession and get better results for everyone. Our goal for JVGrow is simple: to elevate each member’s business by sharing what’s real, what’s working, and where you need help.

Laura Posey
For 25 years, Laura has coached and consulted for companies of every size, from scrappy startups to the Fortune 500. She is known for cutting through the fluff to get to what actually works, quickly and simply. Her Simple Success Roadmap is used by more than 10,000 companies.
She is the author of How to Plan Your Entire Year On One Sheet Of Paper and co-author, with Jack Canfield, of Mastering The Art Of Success. Inside JVGrow, Laura is the one asking the questions, endlessly curious about how other businesses really work, and just as open about her own, numbers included.
Off the clock, she is married to Beth, governed by four strong-willed cats, and completely obsessed with Owen, her half-Great Dane puppy.

Stephanie Wasylyk
Stephanie is the heart and soul of JVGrow, and the creative engine behind much of how it works. An INTJ and a natural problem solver, she has a gift for turning big hopes and dreams into something you can actually act on.
Clients describe her as grounded, authentic, and pragmatic, which is exactly what you want in the person helping you put a plan into motion.
Away from work, she is a knitting enthusiast, an optimistic (if so-far unsuccessful) veggie gardener, and a part-time adventurer.
